Return and Refund Policy

Fridaforsberg.com complies with all relevant regulations and consumer protections as provided for by Australian and Queensland consumer legislation and regulations. As such these policies will apply for purchases both within Australia and internationally.

Terms and conditions:

1. Returns of paintings or prints will be accepted within 14 days of the purchase except where there has been intentional or unintentional damage caused by the purchaser.
2.  Refunds will be provided upon the return of the item to fridaforsberg.com. Shipping costs for the return of a paining or print will also be refunded upon the item's return.
3. Refunds will be made to the purchaser's nominated bank account.
